The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Student Registration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student data, handling inquiries, and supporting various campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and monitor the accuracy of entered data in the system.
• Assist with data entry for student registration and renewal processes.
• Post student IDs on a timely basis and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in student renewal calls and other campaigns.
• Handle student inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Participate in promotion campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
• Actively assist in organizing and managing events organized by the division.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Management from any recognized institute.
• Minimum one year of working experience in the education industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Age between 25 – 28 years.
