About Us:
Infoseek (Pvt) Ltd is the creator of MintHRM, a cloud-based Human Resource Management Solution serving corporate clients both locally and internationally. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a skilled Associate Software Developer specializing in Database & Jasper Reports to ensure the quality and reliability of our HRIS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Design and develop JasperReports for business analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate JasperReports into applications.
  • Ensure database security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in database administration & reporting.
  • Strong expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL database management.
  • Experience with JasperReports Studio for report generation.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
