About the Role:
H Connect International, a leading BPO company and a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate – Client Support (Mortgage) to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the loan application process from pre-approval to post-settlement.
- Track loan application progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and accurately processed.
- Review and verify the compliance of received sales files, ensuring adherence to lender requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client and loan information.
- Ensure all actions taken are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate finance and settlement dates with lenders, solicitors, and clients.
- Support brokers in loan lodgment, ensuring applications are submitted accurately and efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling for clients and brokers.
- Provide proactive support to brokers, assisting with loan application inquiries and resolving issues.
- Act as a liaison between brokers and lenders, facilitating effective communication.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on their loan application status.
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain client data within company CRM or other database systems, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including CRM systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of mortgage loan processing procedures and regulations is beneficial.
