About the Role:
H Connect International, a leading BPO company and a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate – Client Support (Mortgage) to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth communication between all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the loan application process from pre-approval to post-settlement.
  • Track loan application progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and accurately processed.
  • Review and verify the compliance of received sales files, ensuring adherence to lender requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client and loan information.
  • Ensure all actions taken are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate finance and settlement dates with lenders, solicitors, and clients.
  • Support brokers in loan lodgment, ensuring applications are submitted accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for clients and brokers.
  • Provide proactive support to brokers, assisting with loan application inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Act as a liaison between brokers and lenders, facilitating effective communication.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on their loan application status.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain client data within company CRM or other database systems, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including CRM systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of mortgage loan processing procedures and regulations is beneficial.
