Position Overview:
We are seeking Associate Sales Engineers and Associate Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, marketing, and customer support, with a desire to make a career in these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Associate Sales Engineers:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Promote and sell CAD/CAM, Computerized Spreading & Cutting Systems, and other technologies.
• Provide product demonstrations and support to clients.

Associate Customer Support Executives:

• Assist field engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer-based CAD/CAS/CAM/CMS systems.
• Provide technical support to clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

Associate Sales Engineers:

• Under 26 years of age.
• Sales-oriented personality with at least one year of experience.
• Some knowledge in computing.
• Desire to build a career in Sales & Marketing.

Associate Customer Support Executives:

• Under 28 years of age.
• Equivalent qualification to NDT or CEI.
• Those awaiting results or in their final year will also be considered.

General Requirements for All Positions:

• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Numeric ability.
• Willingness to undergo training to fulfill job descriptions.
