Job Summary:

As an Associate – Recovery, you will play a crucial role in managing our arrears portfolio and achieving the company’s recovery targets. You will employ innovative strategies and tactics to enhance recovery efficiency, manage provisioning contracts, and build positive customer relationships to negotiate amicable payment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively oversee and manage the arrears portfolio to achieve company recovery targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods and strategic tactics to enhance recovery effectiveness.
  • Regularly review, manage, and improve provisioning contracts to ensure performance.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to negotiate debt recovery payment plans.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to secure commitments while preserving client goodwill.
  • Manage all activities related to the recovery process, ensuring a systematic and organized approach.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Fully completed G.C.E. (A/L).
  • Certificate or training from a recognized institute covering the job scope.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in recovery activities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a reputable organization, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry, is an added advantage.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (bilingual preferred).
