Role Overview:
As an Associate in Margin Trading, you will be responsible for handling margin trading files, preparing documentation, and assisting in maintaining a healthy margin trading portfolio. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle margin trading files and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Prepare margin trading documentation and correspondence (client onboarding, limit enhancements, CDS & SEC documentation).
  • Perform routine system-based operational activities.
  • Assist the Head of the division in maintaining a healthy margin trading portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level).
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in documentation and administration.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably in stock brokering or the finance industry, is an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
