💰 Job Opening: Associate Manager – Recoveries Supervision (Alternate Finance Services)
This is a recruitment advertisement from LOLC Finance PLC, a leading player in the Islamic finance sector. They are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable professional to lead and oversee their Recoveries team.
💼 The Role (Key Responsibilities)
- Monitoring, Assessing, and Strategizing IBU’s overall regional collections to increase recovery ratios.
- Monitoring NPL, Provisioning, Write-Off movements and implementing strategy to mitigate/reverse losses.
- Handling customer complaints and issues related to compliance, recoveries, repossessions, and negotiation of settlements.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regional reports.
🧑💻 The Profile (Qualifications and Experience)
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Part/full qualification in Marketing, Credit, or Islamic Finance is an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the non-banking finance industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driving licence.
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
