Associate Manager – Finance & Accounting (Treasury Operations)

ASSOCIATE MANAGER

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

(TREASURY OPERATIONS)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily treasury operations including fund transfers, loan repayments, interest calculations, fixed deposit payments, and bank collections, while maintaining accurate treasury and borrowing records.
• Coordinate timely with banks and counterparties to execute treasury transactions, fund transfers, confirmations, and settlements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Monitor daily cash-in-hand and bank balances across branches, perform timely bank and cash reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal controls and limits.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, maturity gap analysis, interest rate analysis and periodic industry analysis to support management, ALCO, and treasury decision-making.
• Perform MIS and financial reporting activities including direct receipt uploads, bank and ledger reconciliations, preparation of provisions for insurance and accrued expenses, maintenance of advertising expense schedules and SLFRS 16 lease accounting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional qualifications in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking Operations.
• Professional qualifications in Banking and Treasury Management will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, treasury accounting, MIS, and reconciliations.
• Experience with banking systems, ERP systems, and online corporate banking platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and deadlines.
