About the Role:
H Connect International, a leading BPO company and a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, is seeking an Associate – Finance Operations to join our team. This role involves managing accounts receivable, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, supporting financial reporting and tax filing, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a keen eye for identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable by recording bills and cheques.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparing consolidated income statements and support financial reporting.
- Assist in tax filing processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Record deposits and reconcile them to ensure alignment with system records.
- Proactively utilize problem-solving skills and critical thinking to identify, address, and rectify potential and existing operational challenges or discrepancies.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, chat, and video to address inquiries and provide support.
- Identify non-value-adding activities and process improvements to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or part qualification in a professional qualification like CIMA/ACCA.
- 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with QuickBooks is a must for this role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
