About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Colombo. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, maintain client relationships, and drive project-based sales to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure effective sales strategies and high client satisfaction.
- Present products and solutions to clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on project-based sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the lighting or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Preference for male candidates aged below 40.
