Ideal Candidate:

✔ 6-8 years of relevant experience in branch banking, preferably with exposure to credit
✔ A degree or professional qualification acceptable to the bank
✔ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
✔ Excellent teamwork & leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the assigned portfolio, acquire new clients, and cross-sell banking products and services
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized financial solutions
🔹 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution
🔹 Recommend financial solutions tailored to client needs, including deposit products, lending facilities, and wealth management services
🔹 Conduct portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and risk assessment to implement proactive strategies
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and legal standards
🔹 Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
🔹 Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and promotional activities
🔹 Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and banking products to provide informed client advice
