Position: Assistant Pricing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain rates for all import, export, and courier inquiries.
  • Strategically negotiate rates through our global agency network to increase the conversion percentage of sales inquiries.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices and agents to obtain rates promptly and share details with the Sales Department and Customer Services.
  • Monitor and update the daily inquiry tracking sheet with accurate information.
  • Build and maintain a database of agent details for easy access.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports for management on total inquiries and volumes.
  • Identify potential agents and develop business relationships based on products, verticals, and country-specific criteria.
  • Develop monthly rate sheets for regular import and export volumes and share them with the Sales Department and Customer Service Team.
  • Analyze and monitor monthly agent service levels by interacting with the Sales Department and Customer Service Team, and discuss escalations with management.

Job Requirements:

  • G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L with good results in Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and holidays if required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
