Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant – Planning to join our dynamic team at MAS Active in Biyagama. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering, along with strong communication skills and 1 year of work experience in Planning. This role involves supporting the planning team in organizing, monitoring, and executing project schedules, as well as assisting in data analysis, report preparation, and workflow coordination to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning team in organizing, monitoring, and executing project schedules.
• Assist in data analysis and report preparation.
• Coordinate workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide administrative support to the planning team as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 1 year of relevant work experience in Planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
