About the Role:
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for IT solutions and strategic consulting? JKIT is looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive client relationships, close multi-year contracts, and deliver innovative solutions in ERP, Cloud Computing, SOC, SaaS, UiPath, and more. If you thrive in high-stakes negotiations and love transforming client challenges into opportunities, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Growth: Identify, build, and nurture client relationships to generate qualified leads and close profitable deals.
✅ Strategic Sales: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for IT consulting services, including ERP, Cloud, SOC, and bespoke software development.
✅ Problem-Solving: Craft tailored value propositions to address complex client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
✅ Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, escalations, and resolutions.
✅ Market Expansion: Originate new opportunities to drive sustainable growth for JKIT’s global clientele (Europe, Middle East, Asia).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business Management, with a professional qualification in CIM/SLIM.
🔹 5+ years in IT solution sales, including 2+ years as an Assistant Manager (proven track record required).
🔹 Experience in key account management (Banking/Finance sector is a plus).
🔹 Expertise in selling ERP, Cloud, SaaS, or RPA (UiPath) solutions.
🔹 Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
