Company Overview:
Our client, a leading multinational company with operations in Colombo and Horana, is seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Assistant Manager – Recruitment and Assistant Manager – Payroll. These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR, particularly in recruitment and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager – Recruitment (Colombo):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage candidate relationships.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Assistant Manager – Payroll (Horana):

  • Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Manage rewards and compensation structures in compliance with labor laws and taxation regulations.
  • Utilize HR software and payroll management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management and rewards.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment in IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, taxation, and compensation structures.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
