Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities focus on strategic financial leadership and analysis:
- Deliver strategic financial insights to support business decisions across revenue, cost, and investment areas.
- Align budgets and forecasts with business plans through cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify value creation opportunities via financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
- Govern cost-saving and productivity initiatives, ensuring delivery and accountability.
- Evaluate new projects, pricing strategies, and resources used to optimize returns.
- Lead financial input for new product development (NPD), automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive efficiency through smarter reporting, analytics, and digital tools.
- Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze industry data and trends to improve the quality of decision-making.
- Work with an AI evolving and digitizing operational setup.
The Person (Qualifications)
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- A recognized professional qualification such as CIMA/CA/ACCA is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel analysis and SAP skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
