✅ Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university, or a professional HR qualification from CIPM or another reputed institute.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, HR policies, and procedures.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and a well-presented personality suitable for a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities (General Industry Insight)
Based on the requirements, the role involves taking on a leadership position to manage the daily HR operations, which typically includes:
- Employee Relations: Managing disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting positive staff conduct.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting the hiring process and integrating new employees.
- Compliance: Ensuring the hotel adheres to local labor laws and company HR policies.
- Administration: Overseeing performance management, payroll, and maintaining accurate HR records.
