Assistant Manager – Human Resources – Occidental Eden

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university, or a professional HRM qualification from CIPM or another reputed institute.
  • Minimum 08-10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, and compliance requirements, HR policies & procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and a well-presented personality suitable for a managerial role.
