Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Finishing to lead our finishing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finishing process, guiding and motivating the team to achieve predefined targets, and overseeing the operations of the finished goods warehouse. This role is crucial for ensuring on-time delivery and improved productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets for the finishing process in line with the Time and Action Plan.
- Oversee the finishing process/function efficiently to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) and improved productivity.
- Implement improvement initiatives/processes for the finishing process.
- Lead and manage a team of staff and associates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or any other relevant field.
- 6 to 9+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in heading the finishing department in a plant.
