Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market fixed deposits and savings products to potential clients.
- Identify new market segments and secure funds from High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and the general public.
- Manage and grow deposit portfolios while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Analyze market conditions, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or fund mobilization within the banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- C.C.E. O/L & A/L qualifications.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- CIM/SLIM or Banking qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
