Job Description

You should ideally;

  • possess approximately 6 years of overall experience in the banking / finance sector
  • possess a full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
  • possess at least 3 years experience in credit appraisal / project financing / leasing  
  • be knowledgeable in the legal framework, financial statement analysis and current valuation of properties and vehicles
  • be able to make quick, timely and effective decisions 
  • be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external parties whilst maintaining good interpersonal skills
  • possess good negotiation skills

You will be responsible for;

  • appraising, recommending, disbursing and monitoring of credit facilities  
  • supporting branches on monitoring and following-up on appraised credit facilities
  • coordinating with branches, clients and supporting units
  • maintaining high level of compliance to meet the specific guidelines proposed by the Bank and the regulators
