Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage credit risk, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of bank guarantees and coordinate with sales teams on the bank guarantee enhancement plan.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and reduce bad debts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize credit strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company credit policies.
- Provide regular reports on credit performance and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address and resolve debt recovery issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree from a recognized university or part-qualified in ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in the FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage healthy relationships across different departments.
Remuneration:
