Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Communications to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping the brand voice of Sri Lanka’s premier real estate developer. The ideal candidate will oversee content strategy, manage internal and external communications, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that align with JKP’s brand vision.
- Create engaging content for digital, print, and PR platforms.
- Manage social media channels and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Lead internal communication initiatives to foster a strong company culture.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, media partners, and creative teams to drive impactful storytelling.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, branding, or PR.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and a creative mindset.
