📝 Job Vacancy : Assistant Manager – Marketing
This is a summary of the Assistant Manager – Marketing vacancy within the Softlogic Life Brand Team.
🎯 Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will focus on strategic brand and marketing activities, including:
- Marketing Planning: Strategizing and planning for the brand and facilitating the annual brand marketing plan process.
- Brand Equity: Enhancing brand saliency and brand equity via relevant and engaging marketing activities.
- Market Insights: Identifying research needs and conducting annual research to establish means to identify and monitor consumer comprehension, trends, insights, and features relating to business, communication development, product development, innovations, and customer satisfaction/service.
- Quality & Output: Providing strategic guidance for enhancing the quality and output of activities initiating World Class customer service.
- Channel Support: Strategizing and realigning marketing activities to support channels by building consideration.
- Asset Management: Ensuring timely communication asset development.
- Customer Loyalty: Identifying areas to improve customer loyalty through internal database analysis and research.
- Brand Proposition: Providing guidance to align digital/TV/Radio and PR based activities to improve brand awareness and relevance to establish the brand proposition.
- Meetings & Support: Conducting Agency (creative, media, research, activations) meetings and supporting the Brand in achieving agreed Objectives.
✅ Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized institute OR fully qualified in CIM UK/SLIM.
- Experience: At least 4–5 years’ experience in marketing/brand management.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
