Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily farm operations and ensure efficiency.
✅ Supervise farm staff, coordinating crop cultivation and maintenance.
✅ Manage irrigation, pest control, and soil health for optimal crop production.
✅ Contribute to farm expansion projects and agro-tourism activities.
✅ Maintain accurate farm records and report to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
🔹 Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Plantation Management from a recognized institution.
🔹 Minimum of 1 year of experience in farm management or agriculture-related fields.
🔹 Age below 35 years.
🔹 Strong management and communication skills with leadership abilities.
🔹 Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage labor teams.
🔹 Knowledge of modern farming techniques and machinery.
🔹 Valid motorcycle driving license.
