🔧 Your Mission:

As our Assistant Factory Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining factory operations, leading teams, and implementing efficiency improvements in our steel fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operational Leadership: Oversee daily factory operations to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
✔ Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
✔ Team Management: Guide production staff and collaborate with management to achieve operational goals
✔ Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control measures and promptly address any issues
✔ Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with various departments to ensure optimal resource allocation

🎯 Who We Need:

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Degree/HNDA in Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field (preferred)
✅ 2-5 years experience in manufacturing/production management (steel fabrication advantageous)
✅ Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Process improvement mindset with ability to enhance efficiency
✅ Computer proficiency in MS Office
✅ Team player with positive attitude (age below 45)
