About Us:
Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication Industry in Sri Lanka, collaborating with an Australian Corporation. We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Factory Manager to join our team in Millewa.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Factory Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the factory processes, working with production staff and management to achieve daily production targets, and ensuring continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the factory processes effectively and efficiently.
• Work with production staff and management to achieve daily production targets.
• Provide direction to production management and employees to continuously improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any issues promptly to ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree/HNDA or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, or Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
• Computer knowledge with MS Office Packages will be an added advantage.
• Be a good team player with a positive attitude.
• Competent candidates living in the vicinity will be given priority.
• Age below 45 years.
