We are seeking a passionate and qualified Assistant Centre Manager (Female Candidates Only) to join our vibrant team at our Battaramulla branch.
Job Description:
As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in managing our early childhood education programs and ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and operation of the centre.
- Supervise and support teaching staff.
- Ensure high-quality care and education for children.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and staff.
- Implement and oversee educational programs and activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in teaching.
- Age between 25 to 30 years.
- Full-time commitment.
- Experience in managing a school is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala (mandatory).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
