Join Us as an Assistant Audit Manager and Excel in Service and Support!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Audit Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s compliance with regulatory and operational standards while delivering high-quality audit outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal audits according to the established schedule, assessing control adequacy and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan, Audit Committee reports, and monthly country reports.
  • Coordinate and monitor audits performed by regulators, external auditors, and other assurance providers.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and participate in discussions with management on issues and remedial action plans.
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit in delivering the overall audit plan and reporting to committees and senior management.
  • Follow up on management’s remedial actions on audit findings and verify whether corrective actions sufficiently mitigate identified risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities and audit results.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of four years of internal/external audit experience or five years of experience in the insurance, financial, or related industries.
  • Relevant professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of audit tools such as TeamMate, ACL (data analytic tools), and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and their role in audit processes.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to achieving results.
