ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Job Description
We are on the look-out for a competent Assistant Accountant for our client which is a leading company that is based in Colombo 04
Candidate Profile
- Age below 35 years
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or final qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA
- Minimum 05 years and above experience in Import/Trading and minimum 02 years and above experience in Audit firm
- Experience in Import process and costing will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in costing and MIS reports
- Familiar with stock valuation.
- Knowledge in ERP systems / Accounting packages.
- Bank reconciliation and experienced in handling correspondence with banks and other financial institutions.
- Computer Literacy in MS Office
- Excellent in English is a must with Sinhala is essential (Tamil being an added advantage)
- Should be able to work under minimum supervision
- Should be focused, energetic, Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated personality who will go for an extra mile and be a part of growing business
- Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
