Job Description

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Agricultural Supervisor for a plantation estate in Haputale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient crop production, and leading a team.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Agri/Estate sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse/Polytunnel cultivation of fruits and vegetables is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Age: 28-45 years.
