Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 8 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka. We are excited to announce the opening of our stunning new 5-bedroom beachfront hotel in Kalkudah and are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team.

  1. Accounts Executive
  2. Stores & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Executive:
  • Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Stores & Admin Executive:
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock control.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
