Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 8 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka. We are excited to announce the opening of our stunning new 5-bedroom beachfront hotel in Kalkudah and are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Executive:
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Stores & Admin Executive:
- Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock control.
- Handle administrative tasks to support hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for efficiency and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
