Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & Administrative Coordinator who is fluent in English and Sinhala. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of qualification or experience in accounting and administration. This role involves bookkeeping, payroll management, content creation, planning, front desk management, and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with financial planning and budgeting.
Prepare and submit financial reports.
Administrative & Office Coordination:
Manage front desk operations and provide excellent guest relations.
Plan and coordinate office activities and schedules.
Assist with content creation for internal and external communication.
Handle correspondence and administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of qualification or experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in bookkeeping and payroll processing.
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (written & spoken).
Ability to handle guest relations and front desk responsibilities.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Experience with content creation is an added advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
