🎓 Qualification Requirements

For Lecturing Roles:
✅ Master’s/Bachelor’s in relevant field
✅ 3-5 years higher education teaching experience
✅ Research supervision capability
✅ Experience with Pearson BTEC/City & Guilds programs (preferred)
✅ Weekend availability (with 2 weekdays off)

For Academic Coordinator Role:
✅ Master’s/Bachelor’s in Education Administration
✅ Proven academic coordination experience
✅ Fluent English & strong computer literacy
