Role Overview:
As an Iteration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping high-performing, Agile-driven teams that deliver real impact. You will facilitate ceremonies, design artefacts, training, and events to enhance project organisation and direction. This includes planning, refinement, retros, hackathons, and Quarterly Planning cycle preparations. You will coach squads to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency, enabling collaboration between teams by fostering clear communication and a culture of trust and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and design artefacts to improve project organisation.
• Train and coach teams to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Foster clear communication and a culture of trust and transparency.
• Remove and escalate workflow obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to the continued improvement of Agile practices.
• Maintain positive relationships and adapt communication styles for specific audiences.

Qualifications:

• Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies in a previous Scrum Master role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, remove, and escalate workflow obstacles.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the improvement of Agile practices.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
