Admission Requirements
To qualify for this program, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- GCE (A/L) Examination: Three (03) passes (Four (04) in the OLD syllabus) in the science stream (Biological, Agriculture, Physical, or Biosystems Technology), commerce stream (Business Studies, Management, or Commerce), or arts stream (with passes in Economics or Business Studies).
- Diploma: Successful completion of the Diploma in Food Business and Marketing offered by the Department of Agribusiness Management, with one year of relevant field experience.
- Equivalent Qualification: Any other diploma of one-year duration acceptable to the Board of Study with one year of relevant field experience.
Selection Process
Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited to take an aptitude test covering English language proficiency and IQ. Candidates who pass the aptitude test will be called for an interview. Only those who successfully complete all evaluations will be selected for the program.
Program Details
- Duration: Three (03) academic years
- Mode and Medium of Instruction: Hybrid (Online and Physical) mode, conducted in English
- Course Fee: Rs. 250,000 for the 03-year program (Rs. 100,000 at registration, with the balance payable in five installments)
- Commencement Date: August 2024
