💼 Job Profile – Key Responsibilities

The Intern will assist the HR team in various areas of the employee lifecycle, including:

• Talent attraction and onboarding.
• Supporting employer branding by helping create content and participating in the development of branding strategies.
• Engaging in career fairs, campus connect activities, and other recruitment-related events.
• Assisting in the onboarding process.
• Supporting other areas of the employee life cycle.

👤 Candidate Profile – Requirements

Hemas Hospitals is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who meets the following criteria:

• Education: An undergraduate pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Dynamic, go-getter individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A proactive and eager to learn mindset.
• Advantage (Optional): Ability to use Photoshop, Canva, and AI-based content creation tools for employer branding and communication activities.
