KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning team with data collection, entry and updating planning systems
- Assist in preparing capacity plans, timelines, and daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to track approvals, samples, and workflow progress
- Help monitor material and order status to ensure timely execution
- Assist in analyzing planning data and presenting insights to the team
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support operations
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Undergraduate or diploma student in Physical Science, Management, Statistics or related fields
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic IT literacy and willingness to learn planning systems (e.g., PLM)
