Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and optimization of folders used in sewing operations.
• Assist in minor machine adjustments to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Support data collection for motion and time studies to improve line balancing.
• Track and report operator performance against SMV benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records of folder trials, SMV studies, and mechanical observations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Textile/Apparel Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for learning and innovation in the apparel manufacturing domain.
