ASSOCIATE – PAYROLL (UK CALENDAR – SL SHIFT)
H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Associate – Payroll to join our team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end payroll process, maintaining accurate employee records, generating reports, resolving payroll queries, and collaborating with management to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
The Job:
- Assist with the comprehensive payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee and manage payroll systems and associated websites to maintain smooth operations.
- Regularly update employee rosters to reflect current staffing levels and changes.
- Create detailed profiles for new employees and issue identification numbers.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to clock-in and clock-out times.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and Managers, delivering detailed payroll reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide support for departmental audits, assisting clients with necessary documentation and compliance.
- Generate and supply reports to clients as required, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma, or a professional qualification in HR and payroll (such as CIPD or CQHRM), or a similar certification.
- Minimum of 3 – 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in payroll management would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software and systems, such as SAGE.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and regulations.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to team objectives.
