Executive – Technical – Knitting

Looking out for a dynamic individual to monitor and control the knitting technical at the front end and ensure technicality and knittability is properly evaluated to ensure agreed levels of product quality and output are achieved to meet customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bell curve process integration & execute pilot plan against actuals and highlight challenges at the pilot stage. Transfer fine-tuned product to the bulk production without major technical issues and highlight any deviation on the same.
- Attend to machine run-time errors and identify the root cause of problems, communicate with engineering department and effectively resolve them to achieve that the daily production targets are met at the highest efficiency level.
- Achieve new style measurements and conduct new style auditing while securing new style 1st batch dye out process and first three batch consistencies.
- Formulating effective communication channels with Quality Assurance department to ensure that quality issues and defects are communicated as soon as they are identified to take corrective actions.
- Check the on-time production starts against plan, check and adjust react for the deviations. Conduct daily technical meetings & do daily problem solving with group leaders.
- Follow the Knitting machines related changes & installations, technical improvements, Product fine tuning, react with fabric inspection figures and deviations.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Engineering or Physical Science .
- 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Sound communication and Negotiation skills.
- Good Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Candidate should work on shift basis.
