Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring social sustainability projects and initiatives.
- Support ongoing community engagement programs and CSR activities.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for audits.
- Assist in organizing awareness sessions, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports related to social sustainability.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree Undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR, Social Sciences, Sustainability, Development Studies.
- Strong interest and passion for sustainability, community development, and social impact.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
