📄 Job: DFCC Bank Manager Position

Ideal Candidate Profile (You should Ideally):
- Possess a minimum of 07 years of executive-level experience in the banking field, including exposure to Lending and Operations.
- Possess a degree or a full professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess the ability to come up with innovative ideas for process improvements.
- Possess the ability to motivate, energize, and train relevant staff.
Main Responsibilities (You will be mainly responsible for):
- Performing periodic reviews and follow-ups of branch and credit operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Reviewing regulatory submissions (Audit, ORMC, and Compliance teams) and following up on implementation at the branch level.
- Liaising with HR for identifying staff requirements, managing staff replacements, and planning job rotations.
- Setting and reviewing standard KPIs/job descriptions for branch staff, and coordinating with HR for providing training.
- Assisting in opening, relocating, closing, and upgrading branches as required.
- Coordinating with internal departments on operations risk monitoring, credit risk monitoring, compliance, and other activities.
- Responding to customer complaints, improving customer service, and handling branch administrative requirements.
