💼 Job Opportunity : Head of Region – Western Gampaha

Company

Position

• Role: Head of Region – Western Gampaha
• Location: Western Gampaha

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the growth of the portfolio.
• Execute the credit aspect of the portfolio.
• Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed regional profit targets.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis and provide insights to shape comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business channels.
• Oversee the effective execution of the Recovery Action Plan.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Economics/Business Management/Finance/Marketing from a recognised university.
• Full or partly qualification from CIM/SLIM or any other qualification from a recognised professional body.
• At least 10 years of experience in a reputed organisation, preferably in the banking or non-banking finance industry.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, ability to demonstrate positive attitude, drive, initiative, and people management skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office with strong aptitude for using computers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
