💼 Job Opportunity: Associate Managers – 4W Lending

Company

Position

• Role: Associate Managers – 4W Lending
• Location: Islandwide

Key Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and achieving assigned business targets.
• Managing and developing the business portfolio, ensuring proper customer engagements and timely collecting of rental dues.
• Preparing and executing individual business plans.
• Organizing and participating in promotional/business canvassing events.
• Visiting business partners (dealers, introducers, etc.) and maintaining strong relationships with them.
• Following up and finalizing all business leads on a timely basis.

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. (A/L).
• Minimum of 01 to 03 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the banking or non-bank financing industry.
• Hands-on sales and marketing experience in lending products.
• Possesses strong sales, people-handling, business acumen, and the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, drive, and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Essential to be fluent in spoken communication skills in English & Sinhala; ability to communicate in Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
