🎯 The Role

• Position: Executive – Quality Control
• Location: Malwana – Factory
• Objective: To lead and support quality initiatives across operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in laboratory and production environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

The executive will assist the QC Manager and be responsible for:

• Conducting testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Verifying COAs and test reports.
• Developing and ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Documenting test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Supporting audits (internal & external) and analytical processes.
• Troubleshooting equipment and analytical processes.
• Maintaining sample storage, equipment calibration records, and laboratory instruments.
• Training junior QC associates.
• Conducting daily GMP checks and implementing/sustaining 5S in the laboratory.
• Upholding lab housekeeping as per FSMS standards.
• Managing chemical stock, issue supplies, and monitoring re-order levels.

🎓 Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with significant laboratory experience is also acceptable.
• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment like HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and familiarity with their operation and troubleshooting.
• IT skills for data analysis and working with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
