💼 Job Profile & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient cashless claim settlements by:
- Claim Processing: Handling and processing cashless hospital claim settlements efficiently.
- Coordination: Coordinating with hospitals, internal teams, and customers for timely approvals.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate system records and monitoring ongoing admissions.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in insurance, healthcare, or hospital administration preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, multi-tasking, and customer service abilities.
- Background: Nursing/Pharmacology background or experience in insurance claim settlement is preferred.
- Location: Ability to be based in Colombo, with flexibility to attend on-site as per operational needs.
