💼 Job Profile & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Customer Interaction: Answering inbound calls and providing friendly, professional service to customers.
- Transactions: Handling customer queries and supporting front office transactions.
- Coordination: Coordinating meetings with clients and Heads of Departments.
- Service Improvement: Making follow-up and survey calls to support service improvement and new product launches.
- Reporting: Preparing reports and completing eligibility/criteria management.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following core requirements:
- Education: Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with good results.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and spoken).
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and a customer-focused attitude.
Added Advantage:
- Ability to communicate in Tamil will be a strong added advantage.
