💼 Job Profile & Responsibilities
The Intern – Insurance Operations will be responsible for:
- Processing Claims: Assisting in processing Health and Life Claims efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Service: Handling customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Feedback: Providing feedback and updates to the Management on claim-related matters.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining a positive relationship with customers, partners, and all other stakeholders.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements. Advantages are noted below:
- MS Office: Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (spoken & written).
- Education: Passed the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Added Advantage (Language): Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Added Advantage (Education): Reading for or completed a Degree/Diploma from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
