📞 Job Opening: Portfolio Management Contact Centre

The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
💼 The Role (Key Responsibilities)
- Help clients with their queries on Loans, and Financial Services.
- Contact customers with overdue payments to recover outstanding debts.
- Provide clear and accurate information about account status and payment options.
- Resolve client problems or escalate them to the right team as and when needed.
✅ The Profile (Qualifications and Experience)
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala / Tamil, and English.
- Previous experience in Debt Collection, Recovery, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
